SaturnOps is the internal operations platform for Saturn Aerospace staff. This page explains what account and activity data the platform collects and how it's used. It applies only to this internal system, not to the public saturnaero.space site.

What we collect

Account details you provide: username, email, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
Operational data you enter: availability, leave requests, tickets, training progress, and similar work records.
Activity logs: actions taken in the system (e.g. logins, submissions) with a timestamp and IP address, kept for security auditing.

How it's used

Data is used solely to run day-to-day staff operations: scheduling, leave approval, internal support tickets, training records, and team coordination. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything outside these internal functions.

Who can see it

Your own data is visible to you and to admins/roles with the relevant permissions (e.g. a manager reviewing leave requests). Activity logs and account records are visible to admins only.

Retention

Account and operational records are kept for as long as your account is active. Activity logs are retained for security and audit purposes. Contact an admin if you'd like your data reviewed or removed after you leave the organization.

Security

Access requires an approved staff account. Passwords are hashed, sessions are protected against CSRF, and the site enforces HTTPS where available. Access is logged and rate-limited to reduce abuse.
